Clinton & Co started in 2020, right in the middle of newborn life and the juggle of work and family. What began as a few clients and a laptop on the kitchen table has grown into a small but mighty team of seven, based at Habitat in Byron Bay.
We work closely with women in business and tradies — two groups we know and love. From managing cash flow and quoting jobs to navigating tax and growing a team, we bring real-life understanding and practical solutions that actually make a difference.

Step 1: Book a 30-minute Discovery Call – we’ll chat about your business, what’s working, what’s not, and see if we’re the right fit.
Step 2: 1-hour onboarding session (at Habitat or via Zoom) — we’ll take a look at your numbers and recommend a service package tailored to your goals.
Step 3: Receive a customised proposal with three monthly service options specific to your business type and stage.
Step 4: Let’s get started – once you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll support you every step of the way to become part of the C & Co community!
